Why enroll in our program?

The preparatory program is built on the structure of the SHRM BASK Skills and Applied Knowledge Model, designed by the Society for Human Resource Management through a series of extensive research studies that included the opinions of thousands of HR professionals from around the world. The model was recently updated in 2021 and now includes nine behavioral competencies and technical competencies divided into 14 functional areas in human resources.

The overall goal of the training program

The program's goal, in addition to clarifying the features of the human resources field, is to meet the needs of HR professionals studying for the SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP. These certifications, granted by the association, are reliable indicators to the global business community that the certificate holder is a certified expert and leader in the field of human resources, possessing the necessary capabilities in both aspects of human resources practices, "competencies" and "knowledge," required to perform tasks effectively.

Target Audience for the Exam

SHRM CERTIFIED PROFESSIONAL (SHRM-CP) This exam is aimed at HR professionals who implement policies and strategies, serve as a point of contact for employees and stakeholders, provide HR services, and perform operational HR functions.

SHRM SENIOR CERTIFIED PROFESSIONAL (SHRM-SCP) This exam is aimed at HR professionals who develop strategies, lead the HR function, enhance impact in the community, analyze performance metrics, and align HR strategies with organizational objectives.
